Auto-crosslinked hyaluronan gel injections in phonosurgery

ACP-based gel seems to be a new tool in the challenging treatment of VF scarring, functioning as both an anti-adhesive product and an augmentation agent. Improvements in all glottal parameters and in both objective and subjective evaluation of voice performance were observed.
