A systematic review of the use of intranasal steroids in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis

Intranasal steroids are beneficial in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with sinonasal polyps. Further studies looking at the use of INS in the treatment of CRS without polyps are warranted.
