چکیده انگلیسی
► Occurrence of V. cholerae and V. parahaemolyticus in seafood was studied. ► The ISO reference standard was used in parallel with a PCR method. ► The ISO standard does not allow good recovery of V. parahaemolyticus in oysters. ► Significative occurence of presumably pathogenic V. parahaemolyticus is confirmed. ► Occurrence of trh gene in species other than V. parahaemolyticus is not negligible.
