چکیده انگلیسی
⺠Occurrence of V. cholerae and V. parahaemolyticus in seafood was studied. ⺠The ISO reference standard was used in parallel with a PCR method. ⺠The ISO standard does not allow good recovery of V. parahaemolyticus in oysters. ⺠Significative occurence of presumably pathogenic V. parahaemolyticus is confirmed. ⺠Occurrence of trh gene in species other than V. parahaemolyticus is not negligible.
