چکیده انگلیسی
► Low concentration of T. cruzi induces PLC-γ and ERK1/2 MAPK pathways activation during ex vivo infection of human placenta. ► High concentration of T. cruzi induces a moderate PLC-γ pathway activation during ex vivo infection of human placenta. ► High concentration of T. cruzi inhibits ERK1/2 MAPK pathway during ex vivo infection of human placenta. ► Inhibition of any of those signal transduction pathways do not prevent the ex vivo infection of human placenta by T. cruzi.
