Control of postharvest radish decay using a Cryptococcus albidus yeast coating formulation

► An antagonist Cryptococcus albidus strain WY-1 was isolated and identified. ► C. albidus WY-1 can inhibit the growth of Alternaria spp. and Fusarium spp. ► Application of C. albidus WY-1 was effective against postharvest decay of radishes.
