Host range study of Argentine Nacobbus aberrans sensu Sher populations and comments on the differential host test

► Races within the species Nacobbus aberrans sensu Sher has been confirmed. ► There is no consensus on a consistent scheme for race determination. ► Species previously used as differential hosts were tested to Argentine populations. ► Differences in reproductive capacity among populations were observed. ► We contributed to the analysis of criteria for developing a differential host test.
