A model of solvable second order PDE with non-smooth coefficients

In this paper it is shown the L2L2-local solvability of some second order partial differential operators (which are a variation of that introduced by Federico and Parmeggiani in [2]) with C1,1C1,1 or C0,1C0,1 coefficients and with multiple characteristics.
