Extension operators in Carleman ultraholomorphic classes

Linear and continuous extension operators are constructed in Carleman ultraholomorphic classes of functions of several variables in polysectors, so generalizing Borel–Ritt–Gevrey theorem. With the help of quasi-analyticity results, some rigidity properties of these operators are analyzed.
