Limit behaviour of optimal control problems governed by elliptic boundary value problems with equivalued surface

In this paper, we discuss the limit behaviour of optimal control problems governed by elliptic boundary value problems with equivalued surface when the equivalued surface boundary shrinks to a fixed point on the outer boundary of a bounded domain.
