Lower and upper bounds for the blow-up time for nonlinear wave equation with variable sources

This paper deals with the blowing up solution to a damped nonlinear hyperbolic equation with variable sources. Under some conditions on the initial data, the lower and upper bounds for blowing up time are obtained. Furthermore, a two dimensional numerical example is given to illustrate the result.
