A new genus and two new species of Buprestidae (Insecta: Coleoptera) from the Yixian Formation (Lower Cretaceous), Liaoning, China

A new genus Mongoligenula gen. nov. and two new species (Mongoligenula altilabdominis sp. nov. – type species, and. M. gracilis sp. nov.) of Buprestidae are described and illustrated from the Yixian Formation of Beipiao City, Liaoning Province, in northeastern China.
