The third International Symposium on Renewable Energy and Sustainability (ISRES 2015)

International speakers from worldwide reputed institutions were invited to present the state-of-the-art technologies based on renewable energy and sustainability strategies. This special volume summarizes the most important aspects of the symposium through a selection of 11 papers aimed at the renewable energy and sustainability areas over a set of research themes. The papers were evaluated by using a peer review process according to the quality standards of the international journal Applied Thermal Engineering.
