Study of porous silicon humidity sensor vapors by photoluminescence quenching for organic solvents

The PL spectrums of PS we find improve of PL intensity, and PL quenching of PS in presence of organic species by decrease radiative recombination of excition with increasing effective dielectric constant the coulombic force between electron and holes as well as their recombination are lowered.
