The new magnetic nanomaterials with high adsorption rate, good blood compatibility and high biological safety were synthesized. Through hemoperfusion in vitro, the adsorbent can reduce the level of lead poisoning in pigs. Although the adsorbent can induce the elevation of inflammatory factors and coagulation during the 60 minutes hemoperfusion process, it was within the range of self-regulation. In addition, increased the frequency of hemoperfusion, we got a higher ratio of lead clearance.116
