Estimation of a local-aggregate network model with sampled networks

► We consider the estimation of a local-aggregate network model with sampled networks. ► Sampling induces measurement error in the IVs based on indirect friends' attributes. ► We suggest an IV that is free of measurement error using outdegrees of sampled nodes. ► Monte Carlo simulation suggests that the proposed IV works well even with a low sampling rate.
