Effect of WOx promoter on Pt/ZrO2-HMS catalysts for n-heptane isomerization: Catalytic performance and kinetics study

Isomerization reaction with suitable catalyst is the best process to prevent the loss of the gasoline octane number and reduce harmful effects on human health and environment. In the present work, 64% conversion, 90% i-C7 selectivity, 58% RON and the smallest coke amount after 72 h were obtained for Pt-WO3/ZrO2-HMS(10).
