Anaphthalimide-based fluorescent probe for mercapto-containing compounds

A polarity-sensitive fluorescent probe MNP was rationally designed and synthesized for the detection of thiol-bearing proteins. The probe exhibits good performance for fluorescent imaging of cellular thiols as well as for BSA detection in biosamples.
