Study on electronic properties, thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the selected platinum(II) derivatives interacting with guanine

A substitution reaction of aqua-ligand replacement by guanine in a set of five cisplatin analogues is compared from the thermodynamic and kinetic point of view. Practically all derivatives interact faster and with higher Gibbs free energy release than cisplatin itself.126
