Mixed ligand aroylhydrazone and N-donor heterocyclic Lewis base Cu(II) complexes as potential antiproliferative agents

Four mixed ligand aroylhydrazone and N-donor heterocyclic Lewis base Cu(II) complexes have been synthesized and characterized. Their antiproliferative effect was screened towards 4 human tumor cell lines. One of them exhibited high cytotoxic activity against ovarian and colorectal carcinoma cells.122
