Antiproliferative properties and biomolecular interactions of three Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes

Three Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes with chelating mono(imidazolin-2-imine) and bis(imidazolin-2-imine) ligands are evaluated as potential anticancer agents. Interactions with DNA and protein models were explored through absorption and fluorescence techniques and through ESI-MS spectrometry.
