Volumetric analysis of formation of the complex of G-quadruplex DNA with hemin using high pressure

Pressure-based thermodynamic analysis illuminates a fit and hydration upon binding of hemin to human telomeric G-quadruplex. The volumetric information obtained could be a useful index to improve function of the hemin-based DNAzymes.99
