Coordination behavior of (ferrocenylethynyl)diphenylphosphane towards binuclear iron and cobalt carbonyls

The reaction chemistry of PPh2(C≡CFc) towards Fe2(CO)9 and Co2(CO)8 is reported. The molecular structures of four compounds in the solid-state are discussed. The electrochemical behavior of the newly prepared compounds is studied.100
