Synthesis of di- and trinuclear zinc complexes bearing pyrrole-based ligands and their catalysis toward the ROP of rac-lactides

Di- and trinuclear zinc complexes supported by linked aminomethylpyrrolide ligands were synthesized and demonstrated to effectively catalyze the ring-opening polymerization of rac-lactides in the presence of benzyl alcohol.
