Understanding pea resistance mechanisms in response to Fusarium oxysporum through proteomic analysis

Pea resistance to Fusarium oxysporum (Fop) was assessed. The proteomic analysis revealed a failed ROS response in the susceptible genotype, while in the most resistant ones, cell wall reinforcement mechanisms were responsible of the resistance to Fop.
