Hyperascyrones A-H, polyprenylated spirocyclic acylphloroglucinol derivatives from Hypericum ascyron Linn.

Polyprenylated spirocyclic acylphloroglucinol derivatives (PSAPs), named hyperascyrones A-H, were isolated from aerial parts of Hypericum ascyron Linn. Their absolute configurations were determined by electronic circular dichroism calculations.
