Withanolides from three species of the genus Deprea (Solanaceae). Chemotaxonomical considerations

Nine withanolides were isolated from Deprea bitteriana, D. cuyacensis, and D. zamorae. The skeletons found support for the chemotaxonomical position of the genus Deprea in the tribe Physalideae.
