Prenylflavonoids isolated from Artocarpus champeden with TRAIL-resistance overcoming activity

Three prenylflavonoids named pannokin A-C (1-3), together with three known prenylflavnoids (4-6) were isolated from Artocarpus champeden roots. Compound 6 was presumed to cause a CHOP-dependent apoptosis in AGS cells.
