Biotransformation of dihydroisosteviol and the effects of transformed products on steroidogenic gene expressions

Eight hitherto unknown and seven known metabolites were produced by biotransformation of dihydroisosteviol (2). Structures of metabolites were established by spectroscopic analysis. All compounds were examined for their effects on expression of steroidogenic genes.
