Acylated pregnane glycosides from Caralluma quadrangula

► Four acylated pregnane glycosides were isolated from Caralluma quadrangula. ► The structure of isolated compounds were elucidated by NMR and HRESI-MS analysis. ► Compounds 1, 2 and 4 showed promising cytotoxic activity against MCF-7 cell line.
