Cardenolide glycosides from root of Streptocaulon juventas

► To elucidate the chemical composition of the active fraction from Streptocaulon juventas. ► Six cardenolide glycosides, and 18 previously known ones, were isolated. ► Most of them showed significant activity of antiproliferation on A549 cell lines.
