Lanostane triterpenoids and sterols from Antrodia camphorata

► Six previously-unreported compounds were isolated from Antrodia camphorata. ► The structures of four lanostane triterpenes and two sterols were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. ► The absolute configuration of a sterol was assigned by the Mosher ester method.
