Lanostane triterpenes from cultures of the Basidiomycete Ganoderma orbiforme BCC 22324

► Seven lanostane-type triterpenoids were isolated from cultures of Ganoderma orbiforme BCC 22324. ► Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometry data. ► Ganoderic acid T and its C-3 epimer exhibited antimalarial, antitubercular and cytotoxic activities.
