Resin glycosides from the aerial parts of Operculina turpethum

► Five resin glycosides were obtained from the aerial parts of Operculina turpethum. ► Their structures were assigned by spectroscopic analysis and chemical correlations. ► Resin glycosides have a monohydroxylated 12-hydroxy fatty acid aglycone. ► One has a hydroxy C17 fatty acid aglycone.
