Chlorantholides A-F, eudesmane-type sesquiterpene lactones from Chloranthus elatior

► Six eudesmane sesquiterpene lactones were isolated from Chloranthus elatior. ► The structure of an eudesmanolide was revised. ► The HMBC and ROESY correlations of hydroxy proton signals were applied for structure elucidation. ► The CD exciton chirality method was employed to determine absolute configuration.
