Triterpenes and a triterpene glucoside from Dysoxylum cumingianum

► Six triterpenes and a triterpene glucoside were isolated from Dysoxylum cumingianum. ► Twelve compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against human cancer cell lines, including a MDR cell line. ► Three compounds showed potent cytotoxicity against MDR cancer cells in the presence of colchicine. ► These compounds might have some MDR-reversing effects.
