The O-Hyp glycosylation code in tobacco and Arabidopsis and a proposed role of Hyp-glycans in secretion

We determined if the Hyp-O-glycosylation codes established for tobacco BY-2 cells also apply to Arabidopsis by expressing, in Arabidopsis, genes encoding the EGPF fusions (Ser-Pro)_32, (Ser-Pro_2)_24, (Ser-Pro_4)_18 and LeAGP-1DGPI.
