Five novel tetraprenylhydroquinols from the brown alga Cystoseira algeriensis

Five novel metabolises of mixed biogenesis have been isolated from the brown alga Cystoseira algeriensis. They are tetraprenylhydroquinols and their structures have been determined by spectral analysis and chemical correlations.
