New trans- and cis-p-coumaroyl flavonol tetraglycosides from the leaves of Mitragyna rotundifolia

Two new flavonol tetraglycosides, krathummuosides A and B, were isolated from Mitragyna rotundifolia. The presence of flavonol tetraglycosides bearing a p-coumaroyl moiety in the trans- and cis-forms attached to the sugar part was the first report from this genus.
