Three new C19-diterpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum pendulum

► As a traditional folk medicine, the roots of Aconitum pendulum have been used for the treatment of rheumatism and fracture in China. ► Continuation of our studies on the alkaloids of A. pendulum led to the isolation of three new C19-diterpenoid alkaloids. ► The structures of these new alkaloids were elucidated based on comprehensive spectroscopic analyses including IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR.
