Cynanauriculoside C-E, three new antidepressant pregnane glycosides from Cynanchum auriculatum

► Five pregnane glycosides were isolated from Cynanchum auriculatum through screening. ► Three new pregnane glycosides were identified. ► Theses compounds showed significant antidepressant activity on TST and FST in mice.
