Cytotoxic triterpene saponins from the stem bark of Kalopanax pictus

► 3 new and 11 known compounds were isolated from Kalopanax pictus. ► 1, 5-8, 10, and 11 exhibited significant cytotoxic activity toward HL-60 cells. ► 4-7 and 14 showed significant cytotoxicity against HCT-116 cells. ► 1, 3, 5, and 14 were cytotoxic toward MCF-7 cells.
