A dimeric chromanone and a phthalide: Metabolites from the seagrass-derived fungus Bipolaris sp. PSU-ES64

► Two new (1-2) and eight known metabolites were isolated from Bipolaris sp. PSU-ES64. ► The absolute configuration of 1 was assigned by Mosher's method, CD, and NOEDIFF data. ► The isolated compounds were evaluated for antioxidant and antimicrobial activities.
