Copper-catalyzed hydrophosphinylation of terminal ynamides with H-phosphinates

A method for Cu(OAc)2-catalyzed hydrophosphinylation of ynamides was developed and applied to several types of terminal ynamides and H-phosphinates. The products were transformed into β-aminophosphinates, which are useful for the preparation of biologically active compounds.
