Conduramine F-1 epoxides: synthesis and their glycosidase inhibitory activities

Compound (±)-12 (R=4-CF3C6H4CH2) is non-competitive inhibitor of β-xylosidase (Ki=2.2 μM) and (±)-13 (R=4-PhC6H4CH2) is non-competitive inhibitor of α-glucosidase (Ki=2.8 μM).
