Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of novel 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 analogues possessing aromatic ring on 2α-position

Concise synthesis of the novel 2α-phenyl-, 2α-benzyl-, and 2α-phenethyl-1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 derivatives and their biological evaluations are reported.
