Synthesis of (4S, 5S, 11R) and (4S, 5S, 11S)-iso-cladospolide B

A total synthesis of (4S, 5S, 11R) and (4S, 5S, 11S)-iso-cladospolide B has been achieved using a commercially available starting material and our furan approach to oxacyclic systems, the proven scope of which is thus broadened.
