Selective oxidation of sulfides and oxidative bromination of organic substrates catalyzed by polymer anchored Cu(II) complex

A polymer anchored Cu(II) complex for the oxidation of sulfides and oxidative bromination reaction of various organic substrates has been developed. This catalyst showed excellent catalytic activity for the above two reactions under mild reaction conditions at room temperature.
