Flow microreactor synthesis of tricyclic sulfonamides via N-tosylaziridinyllithiums

Tricyclic sulfonamides were synthesized by the generation of aziridinyllithiums from N-tosylaziridines followed by an intramolecular nucleophilic reaction and the subsequent reaction with electrophiles in a flow microreactor system.
