Synthesis and characterization of a new prostaglandin H synthase model

A new prostaglandin H synthase model, having a cavity less hindered and higher flexibility than 'twin-coronet'-type one. The rapid formation of the corresponding [FeIV(O)P(Np-O)](1′) was observed upon treatment with mCPBA.
