Synthesis and application of proline based organocatalyst for highly enantioselective aldol reaction by hydrogen bonding

Using hydrogen bond based concept we have synthesized new organocatalysts and have applied them to catalyze direct asymmetric aldol reaction. Reaction proceeded efficiently and gave high yield with excellent diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity.
